Data Deletion

Last updated 8 June 2026

This page explains how you can request the deletion or erasure of your information held by EBPL (the "Company", "we", "our" or "us") in connection with the Hive portal and services, and how such requests are handled. It should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

To make a request, email us at hello@markhive.ai with the subject line "Deletion Request", from the email address associated with your account, describing the information you would like deleted.

Deletion / Erasure of User Information

  1. Subject to these Terms, applicable law, technical feasibility and the nature of the Services, the User may request the Company to delete, erase, remove, disable access to or cease active use of all or any part of the User Information, User Actions, User Deliverables, account information, connected data, integrations, credentials, prompts, outputs, campaigns, reports, analytics or other data relating to the User which is stored, hosted or processed by the Company in connection with the Portal or Services ("Deletion Request") by submitting a written request in the manner prescribed by the Company.

  2. Upon receipt of a Deletion Request, the Company may, in its discretion and subject to verification of the identity and authority of the requesting person, take commercially reasonable steps to delete, erase, anonymise, de-identify, restrict, archive, disable access to or otherwise cease active processing of the relevant data within such timelines as the Company may reasonably determine having regard to the nature of the request, the Services availed by the User, technical architecture, dependencies, backups, legal obligations and operational requirements.

  3. The User acknowledges and agrees that the deletion, erasure, anonymisation, restriction, revocation or disabling of any User Information or related data may result in suspension, degradation, restriction, impairment, interruption or complete discontinuation of the Portal, Services, User account, integrations, campaigns, reports, analytics, recommendations, automations, AI functionalities, dashboards, outputs, User Deliverables or other features dependent upon such data. In such an event the Company shall not be liable for any resulting loss of functionality, loss of access, loss of outputs, service interruption, inability to provide Services or other consequences arising therefrom. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, where the deleted data is necessary for the provision, continuity, operation or integrity of the Portal or Services, the Company shall be entitled to suspend, deactivate or discontinue the affected Services or the User account, in whole or in part, and the User acknowledges that the Portal and Services may not remain available once such data is deleted.

  4. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the Company shall not be obliged to delete or erase, and may retain, preserve, continue to store or continue to process, all or any part of the relevant information, records or data to the extent that such retention or processing is required or reasonably necessary for: (i) compliance with applicable law, court order, regulatory requirement, audit requirement, taxation, accounting or reporting obligation; (ii) establishing, exercising or defending legal rights, claims or disputes; (iii) fraud detection, prevention, security, risk management, abuse prevention, cybersecurity, enforcement of these Terms or investigation of misconduct; (iv) maintaining records of transactions, invoices, payments, subscriptions, approvals, consents, permissions, instructions, deployment histories, audit trails, logs, communications, complaints, grievances or support records; (v) de-identified, anonymised, aggregated or statistical data that does not identify the User or any individual; (vi) any other legitimate operational, legal, security or compliance purpose.

  5. The Company may also refuse, defer, limit or condition the implementation of any Deletion Request where: (a) the request is manifestly impracticable, technically infeasible, disproportionate, repetitive, abusive, unlawful or unsupported by sufficient proof of authority; (b) deletion of the relevant data may adversely affect the rights of the Company or any third party, the integrity or security of the Portal or Services, or the Company's compliance obligations; (c) the relevant data is inseparably embedded in system logs, backups, analytics records, security records, model inputs, aggregated datasets, audit trails or other technical records not reasonably capable of selective deletion; or (d) the Company is otherwise entitled under these Terms or applicable law to retain such data.

  6. The Company may require the User, as a condition to acting upon a Deletion Request, to complete such verification, confirmations, account closure steps, revocation of integrations, settlement of dues, export of data, acknowledgment of consequences or other formalities as the Company may reasonably prescribe.

  7. The User further acknowledges that deletion of User Information from active systems may not automatically result in immediate deletion from all backup systems, archives, logs, caches, technical repositories or records maintained by third-party service providers, and such information may continue to be retained for a reasonable period until overwritten, deleted in the ordinary course, anonymised or otherwise dealt with in accordance with the Company's internal retention practices and applicable law.

  8. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall have no obligation to continue providing the Portal or Services where the User has requested deletion of information, permissions, integrations, credentials, prompts, instructions, account data or other material necessary for the provision, operation, support, continuity or security of the Portal or Services.

  9. Where a Deletion Request is made by a paid User and, as a consequence of such deletion, the Company is unable to provide, continue, complete or perform the Services, User Deliverables or any part thereof, whether temporarily or permanently, the User acknowledges and agrees that the same shall not entitle the User to any refund, credit, rebate, adjustment, set-off or reimbursement of any Fees already paid or payable to the Company, and all such Fees shall remain non-refundable and due in accordance with these Terms.
